As a Head Teller, you will be responsible for supervising the teller staff, ensuring accurate and efficient cash transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the bank branch.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support teller staff in daily operations
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Oversee vault operations and cash management
• Train and develop teller staff on best practices and procedures
• Assist in resolving complex or escalated customer issues
• Contribute to achieving branch sales and service goals

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or (GED) required
• One to three years of related experience in cash handling, customer service, and/or training.
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures, products, and services
• Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency in using banking software and systems
