Job Details As a Colonial Penn Telesales Representative, depending on your location, you can earn a minimum base hourly pay between $15.10 and $19.57 per hour. The actual hourly rate is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for a monthly sales incentive, without charge backs. Colonial Penn is looking for Licensed Life Insurance to join our stable, growing team of professional, phone based Telesales Representatives. As a Colonial Penn Telesales Rep., you will speak with customers responding with interest to our TV commercials, mailing campaigns and ever-expanding web presence from the comfort of your own home! There is no Cold Calling or Door Knocking. There is never any charge for any leads you receive, and all leads are company provided. This is a captive agent, employee (W2) position, that gives you the opportunity for: A monthly sales incentive without charge backs unlimited, uncapped bonus potential Bilingual Spanish Speaking reps can earn additional base hourly pay. We will have Telesales Rep. cohorts starting monthly from March through November. Our team is growing and adding new team members to all of our shifts! Day Shift in the various time zones: Monday-Friday Eastern 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm Central 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm Mountain 8am to 5pm Evening Shift in the various time zones: Monday-Friday Eastern 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Central 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Mountain 11am to 8pm Pacific 10am to 7pm All shifts require that you work every fourth Saturday from 9am to 6pm eastern, and you’ll get a flex day off in return the same week! Qualified candidates will have: Current life insurance license in your resident state HS Diploma or GED. Comfort working on a computer, including working with email & CRM systems. High-speed, hardwired internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in your home. Willingness to relinquish any other appointments.
