Banks Septic is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Cumming, GA
Banks Septic is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our North Cumming, Georgia team. This is a full-time, in-office position working M-F 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and e-mail
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Schedule job services to be performed and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM to capture relevant data
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Previous experience with Service Titan platform, or similar CRM system, is required
