Banner Property Management, an award-winning Property Management Company, is seeking an individual with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude to join our team as Groundskeeper at Whisper Hollow Apartments in Maryland Heights.

This position requires 1 - 3 years’ experience in many different areas of high-volume maintenance/grounds work, including cleaning, painting, weeding, pool cleaning, and more. We will consider someone who has been exposed to many skills with a general contractor or handyman service.

• Active, hands-on participant on the maintenance team
• Comfortable with and excited about the use of computers, apps, and technology to improve efficiency
• Making units rent-ready
• Must be a highly organized self-starter
• On-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required
• Snow removal from all walkways
• Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Requires personal, courteous contact with apartment residents.
