Position Duties And Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships
- Opening, routingand closing work orders
- Invoicing and following up with customers
- Inputting timecards and processing bi-weekly payroll
- Filing warranty claims and credits
- Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a courteous professional manner
- Assist entire MRO Team in all general administrative functions.
- A minimum of 2years' experience in an administrativerole
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office and phone systems
- Position is onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm(*Not a remote opportunity)
- Aviation experience a plus but not required
- Bilingual preferred
