Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Banyan Health Systems in Miami, FL. The Director of Operations will oversee program development, clinical supervision, and mental health services. Responsibilities also include ensuring quality behavioral health services, staff management, and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Behavioral Health and Mental Health expertise preferred
- Analytical Skills and Team Management experience preferred
- Experience in Program Development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
