Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville is Hiring a Clinical Manager Near Madisonville, KY

Supervises nursing care rendered to patients including the monitoring of safety, quality, compassion and accountability. Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates daily operations of the nursing unit. Participates in the hiring, orientation, staffing and supervision of the unit staff. This position functions as second in command of the assigned nursing unit. BSN required.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred upon hire but must be enrolled in program within three years of hire with degree completed within five years of position hire date. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact state is also required. BCLS Certification is required. ACLS certification is preferred within 3 months, not to exceed 6 months. Certification in area of expertise is preferred. EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of experience in nursing with demonstrated leadership skills is required.
