The Physician Recruitment Manager leads a team of physician recruiters and support staff members responsible for sourcing, vetting and successfully hiring physician, advanced practice and allied health providers for Baptist Medical Group. Reporting to the Executive Director of Provider Recruitment & Business Development, this role is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the sourcing & recruitment team while leading recruitment for a service-line focused requisition load. Other responsibilities include candidate sourcing strategy & recruitment marketing; preparing & presenting regular reports for various executive & hospital leaders; serving as the subject matter expert for physician recruitment including market compensation factors, immigration/visa law impacts, candidate experience and retention strategies.
