Summary:
The operator is responsible primarily for answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate department and/or person.
Other information:
•HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
•Previous clinic experience preferred
•Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills
•Multi-line telephone experience a plus
•Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
