Baptist Health is Hiring a Clinical Program Coordinator Inpatient Wound Care Dayshift Near Elizabethtown, KY

Job Description:
The Clinical Program Coordinator helps manages the Inpatient Wound Care. The Clinical Program Coordinator role model uses scientific methods to upgrade nursing practice, serves as a consultant to Nursing ancillary staff and Physicians Participates in staff development, education, and reviews/develops patient education. The Clinical Program Coordinator works with physicians and staff to enhance the care and improve patient outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate of school of nursing with current unrestricted KY license required, or higher.
  • Bachelor of Science in nursing or related area with five years recent clinical experience required, or higher.
  • BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Masters in nursing preferred.
  • Wound and Ostomy Care Certification preferred, required within 2 years of hire.
  • Recent experience in specialty preferred.
