$750 Sign-On Bonus
Sign-On Payout Information: Half after 30 days from employment, the remaining after a year. Must be in a part-time or full-time position to receive the payout.
JOB SUMMARY :
•Prepares all food products for patient meals, cafeteria, and catered functions in accordance with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.
•Works as a team member with other production personnel to produce quality, cost effective, nutritious meals for patients, visitors, employees, and catered functions.
•Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss and waste.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred. Formal culinary education preferred.
•Minimum six months experience in large scale food preparation required.
•Thorough knowledge of the culinary arts, including baking, cooking, salad preparation the procurement and storage of foodstuff required.
•Ability to use standardized recipes required.
