Baptist Health is Hiring an Endoscopy Processing Tech Full Time Day Shift Near Elizabethtown, KY

Job Description:
Full-Time. First Shift. 7:00am - 3:30pm. No Call. Some late days required.
8 Hour Work Days, with the exception of late days.
Work Days = 5 days one week, 4 days the next week.
Job Description:
  • The ENDO Tech is a technically trained person who functions as a member of the endoscopy team and performs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the delivery of care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, or higher.
  • Good clinical, organizational, communication, customer service and critical thinking skills required.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate of approved Surgical Technologist Program preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or ENDO Tech in an acute care or ambulatory surgery facility preferred.
  • BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days.
