Job Description:
Registered Nurse, House Float
Shift: Nights
Where You'll Be:
The House Float Pool consists of seasoned, experienced nurses can work on any inpatient unit that is in need of additional staffing. The House Float department is also home to the house management staff who allocate staffing resources, provide guidance when issues present and supervise the float staff. The LaGrange House Float team works within the 90 bed acute care hospital featuring a recent multi-million dollar renovation.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop plan of care, and update plan appropriately every shift
  • Evaluate patient response to interventions
  • Communicate the patient's status to peers, supervisors, and patient's physician as appropriate Promote teamwork and accountability
  • Performs job in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Why You're a Great Fit:
  • You have 2 years previous experience in Nursing
  • Your Kentucky RN license is active
  • You have a BSN (not required)
  • You have or will obtain BLS certification
  • You are positive and passionate about helping those in our community
