$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Sign-On Payout Information: Half after 30 days from employment, the remaining after a year. Must be in a part-time or full-time position to receive the payout.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Play a critical role in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals to patients, staff, and visitors
- Assists the Food Service leadership team in managing kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation adheres to strict safety and health standards, while also developing and standardizing recipes, assisting kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory
- Collaborate closely with dietitians to create menus that are both nutritious and appealing, ensuring compliance with all dietary guidelines
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on nutrition and dietary requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
