Greet and check in all sales representatives, while directing them to the appropriate personnel office. Answer all phone calls politely and professionally, expediting all calls.

Assist with checking in of freight, printing worksheets, receiving documents, and assisting with labeling products with proper delivery points. Maintaining all PO’s, receipts and signed receivers.

Sort incoming mail that is picked up from the Post Office, mail that is delivered and inter-office mail. Pick up outgoing mail from the mail campus and off-site locations per the mail schedule. All outgoing mail is returned to the Print Shop for pickup from the third party vendor.

Prepare printed materials in a professional manner that is ordered by various departments.

Ensure that problems or concerns regarding the Materials Management Department and other related areas are communicated to the Leadership Team of the Materials Department.

Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team of the Materials Management Department.
