Under the direction of the Manager for Career Development, provide career coaching / advising including career assessments, career exploration, career planning, and professional skill development to assist team members, students, and community members in making informed career decisions.

Minimum :
Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, vocational psychology, social development or degree in similar field supplemented by training or 3-5 years' experience in career advising / coaching
Experience
Minimum : Two years' experience in career development, career placement, employment counseling, or adult education

Preferred : Career coach / advisor certification
