Bar Bam (speakeasy bar) Basement of RIB NO.7

We are looking for friendly and outgoing Batenders with good communication skills and basic knowledge of food and drink varieties. Responsibilities include:

1. Welcome all members personally and cordially while communicating with proper verbal language.
2. Must have the ability to answer questions about the menu items and explain how they are prepared.
3. Serve responsibly and know when it is appropriate to limit drinks.
4. Be a team member in order to maintain an effective work atmosphere.
5. Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for members according to prescribed recipes or portions.
6. Keep bar/dining room stocked with necessary supplies. Complete side work before each shift is mandatory.
7. Keep workstation clean and well organized.
8. Transmit orders to the kitchen, noting the timing of meal progression.
9. Maintain dining experience by inquiring needs as completed and being alert to any special needs of the members.
10. Report to work well manicured with a neat and clean uniform.
11. Be flexible to work in other areas/positions as scheduled and when needed.
