Bouncer/Security Wanted!

The Lyons Den is seeking a reliable and security-focused Bouncer to join our team! We're a fun and vibrant bar with a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
• Enforce age restrictions and check IDs meticulously
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain order in a professional manner
• Enforce dress code and bar policies
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to staff and patrons
• Maintain a watchful eye on the crowd and identify potential issues

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Bouncer or in a security role (required)
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
• Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations
• Strong sense of customer service
• Physically fit and able to maintain a strong presence
• Valid security guard license (a plus)

Work Hours:

Thursday - Saturday 8p - 3a.
