We are seeking a NYC DOB Licensed Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee site safety, project planning, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Ensure all required paperwork is on site and made available to the management team and city inspectors
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Inspect all floors of each project daily and provide status updates
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• 62 Hr SST Card
• Active NYC DOB Construction Superintendent License
• Bi-Lingual a plus!
