We are looking for a property manager assistant / handy worker to join the team of a Pensacola Based Property Management company that has been in business since 1991 in Pensacola.

Duties may include (but not all required)

Rental house cleaning, painting, refurb, clean out, repairs

Purchasing of rental house items with Delivery and pick up

Hauling and transport

Wide variety of home Repairs

Services calls - on call, as needed

Rent collection

Home inspections

Admin - some office, accounting, book keeping

Home showings, application processing, leasing

Job requirements...

All homes are located in Pensacola FL so we prefer our team live close by

A Truck or SUV and or trailer hitch is a perk

Experience no required but a perk of course
