Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer at Barbara Vail Design, located in Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sourcing, creating interior design presentations, preparing proposals, managing orders and project management from project start to completion. Can primarily be completed remotely, but living locally and availability for site visits is ideal.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and Construction Drawings skills
• Interior Design and FF&E skills
• Experience in the design industry
• Proficiency in relevant design software including IVY (can teach if needed)
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with trade sources
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field helpful, but not required
• 5 years experience in residential design
