Barbour Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is Hiring a Customer Success Representative Near Atlanta, GA

DUTIES

  • Ensure that the patient moves through Barbour Orthopedic's & Spine patient 4 stage process efficiently and to their natural conclusion.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and teammates at all times.
  • Responding promptly to patient inquires.
  • Work alongside various department supervisors, PCM's, WCM's, and clinical staff when patients have concerns or questions about their treatment.
  • Communicating patient treatment status to various outside referral sources and assisting with coordination of outside referrals when necessary.
  • Stay fully up to date on Barbour Orthopedic's & Spine excellent medical patient service capabilities.
  • Gathering necessary outside medical records and uploading to patients' charts for upcoming visits.
  • Keeping records of patient interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Assisting the PM and AE with weekly metrics, new patient appointments, no-shows, and cancellations.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the patient service process with your location's Practice Manager and AE

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree is not required
    • Preferred: At least some medical/orthopedic background and customer service experience.
  • World class knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft O365
  • Ability to effectively deliver clear, concise communication.
  • Ability to excel as a team player on a daily basis & foster positive relationships between all departments and team members
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter.
  • Able to work under pressure with competing demands requiring ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and time.
