Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing construction projects from planning to execution of objectives
- Engage with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients
- Develop detailed project plans outlining timeline and deliverables
- Follow up with teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Ensure high standards of workmanship
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, property management or other related fields
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
