Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Oversee each of the Resort's dining outlets, brand operations standards and performance with emphasis on training and teamwork, and accountability.
- Continually coach and provide constructive and timely feedback.
- Anticipate and respond to guest and club member needs in a timely and gracious manner.
- Provide exceptional service to guests and club members that go above and beyond their expectations.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Partner with the Brand team to successfully maintain and deliver against standards, programs and service expectations
- Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance regularly.
- Establish challenging, yet realistic goals to direct operations and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and implement inventory tracking systems.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships and constant communication across all departments.
- Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Creative problem-solver
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
