Barefoot Organics, a growing lawn care company in North Georgia, is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, hard working individual to fill a lawn care technician position. Lawn technicians are responsible for servicing and administering of lawn care products to residential and commercial customers. Applicants must portray professional image and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are limited to) the following:

• Fertilizing and spraying residential and commercial lawns.
• Recommending and selling additional services to current and potential customers
• Maintaining customer relations by servicing and educating our clients
• Diagnosing and addressing lawn diseases, weeds, and any other abnormalities
• Calculating the mixing of products for applications
• Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment
• Following up by telephone and email with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid Georgia driver's license with cleaning driving record
• Do you have lawn care experience
• High school diploma
• Excellent customer and phone skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including heat and rain (8-12 hours per day)
