SUMMARY:

The Creative Account Manager is responsible for the execution and management of the brands messaging and creative outlets to help expand guest interaction with BarFly restaurants. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing to lead the visual identity and brand experience for all channels including digital, social, design and PR strategy. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for both traditional and digital creative marketing campaigns.
• Use analytical platforms to deliver reports. Evaluate and interpret best practices.
• Directly manager multiple vendor relationships to evaluate relationships, inform creative and identify how to improve service.
• Partner with the web development team to manage web design direction and optimize for analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in marketing/advertising or business and/or 5 years working with multi-disciplinary teams in marketing communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills related to data interpretation and budgetary tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient understanding of social media and public relations best practices, trends, reporting, etc.
• Proficient design thinker; able to craft a customer journey, identify pain points and use data to improve processes and procedures
