Job Description
Rustic Furniture Warehouse Sales is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Part Time Sales Associate to join our family owned team! As Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their furniture needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Create customer invoices using our QuickBooks software
- Collect and post payments
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections
- Answer phones quickly and effectively
- Be willing to assist in maintaining the store's appearance
- Must be self motivated and detail oriented
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturdays
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Must have good math, 10-Key, and keyboarding skills
- Must be available to work Friday and Saturdays with possibly extra hours
- Dependable
