Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Continuously look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Assist clients with policy adjustments and updates .
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
  • No previous experience is required! Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
  • We will cover 100% of licensing costs.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of Office/Microsoft applications is required.
  • Showcase advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Basic computer software knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone to ensure effective communication.
