The South Bend office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with three to six years of complex litigation experience. Candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, depositions, hearings, trial or trial preparation, as well as discovery. Candidates should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice, demonstrate initiative, an ability to assume responsibility for client matters, as well as the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
