Role Description

Our retirement plan team is looking to add an Administrative and Client Service Specialist to work directly with our Director of Retirement Plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. The employee will assist the team by completing client paperwork, generating reports, conduct analysis and effectively communicate with vendors.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience with client service or as an administrative assistant, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Retirement Plan Experience Preferred
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills, expeditious, well-organized
  • Great analytical skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate clearly to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Bachelor Degree preferred, but will accept candidates with suitable experience

Job Duties

  • Work closely with the Lead Qualified Plan Advisor to effectively service retirement plans internally
  •  Analyze retirement plan reports once completely trained
  • Assist the team with completing client account agreements, onboarding and track execution.
  • Request and generate investment reports and plan benchmarking reports.
  • Interface with vendors, third party administrators, home office employees.
  • Maintain CRM information and keep client data accurate. Monitor the system on a frequent basis.
  • Generate invoices, track client revenue, and analyze compensation reports.
