Barnett Eyecare and Eyewear is looking for a front desk/receptionist to join our growing team. We are a 3 provider optometric practice in Billings and provide an unsurpassed level of eyecare for our patients in a warm, friendly environment.
Job Summary
As a receptionist you'll be responsible for developing a strong first and last impression with our patients, both on the phone as well as in person. This position requires someone with a professional demeanor, appearance, and great personality that enjoys working with people. Your primary duties include speaking with patients on the phone, scheduling patient exams and appointments, greeting patients, assisting with referrals, and providing a variety of front desk and administrative duties.
