The Position:
The VP of Human Resources, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, will establish the human capital strategy in support of an aggressive growth agenda for this family owned and values driven company.
This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm; the expectation is to be in the office at least one day per week, with quarterly travel to other Barrett locations.
Compensation will be based on experience, likely approximately $200,000/year plus bonus.
