We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the consulting and life sciences industry or a Principal Recruitment Consultant working in another industry that requires equally advanced knowledge to recruit for. Ready to contribute to the development of Life Sciences service offerings and thought leadership. You have the perfect blend of experience, drive, and personality, to add to our high-performing NYC team. You're obsessed with personal growth and development, and enjoy working with a team.

While continuing our hyper-growth in the U.S. market you will be responsible as a Principal Recruitment Consultant for leading a robust vertical in one of our key life sciences, Biotech, or Pharma specialties.

What you’ll do:

· Take control of your own desk and lead your life sciences specialty

· Build and lead a team of life science recruiters in your life science specialty

· Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new

· Deliver a world-class candidate experience

· Establish an extensive pipeline of both active and passive candidates

· Hands-on management of multiple recruitment processes end-to-end

· Develop relationships with key industry leaders and become a subject matter expert

· Build your career and achieve unlimited personal and professional success
