Position Summary

As a CNA at The Barrington of Carmel, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing top-notch care and assistance with daily living activities.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document resident care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
