Job DescriptionOrder desk (in the office) inbound/outbound customer service calls Starting after July 4th holiday.
1 yrs experience handling busy phone orders
Troubleshooting, shipment tracking
Intermediate Excel and Word
Touch typing 35wpm
Available to work overtime
Work with new and existing customers
Good math aptitude (measurements, percentages)
Temporary-to-hire placement. 8-5 regular schedule with 7am meetings one day each week and overtime as needed. Pleasant, friendly, and quick learning product information. $17.25/hr with ability to learn more about product lines, and earn pay increases after 90 days. Reliability is necessary.
