Job DescriptionIT Help Desk Technical - Customer Service rep needed quickly. Experience with working with Clients and troubleshooting with tech support side. Client sales high tech products and they need a person to work with Clients (Account Management), Sales and act as help desk rep.

$29-32/hr. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5pm. On-site in Newbury Park.

- Tech support for products, resolving client concerns, maintain records, and paperwork.
- Customer contact by phone, email, and sometimes in-person. Expertise in software uploads, using/explaining "apps", writing technical instructions/manuals, software install/usage.
- Help maintain web-based database and update management.
