Job DescriptionIT Help Desk Technical - Customer Service rep needed quickly. Experience with working with Clients and troubleshooting with tech support side. Client sales high tech products and they need a person to work with Clients (Account Management), Sales and act as help desk rep. Excellent company to work for.
Tech support for products, resolving client concerns, maintain records, and paperwork.
Customer contact by phone, email, and sometimes in-person. Expertise in software uploads, using/explaining "apps", writing technical instructions/manuals, software install/usage.
Help maintain web-based database and update management.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Great company. Excellent Benefits. Great management team! $29-32/hr. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5pm. On-site in Newbury Park.
