Job Information:
Barrow Brain and Spine (BBS) is hiring a motivated Lead Care Coordinator to work in a growing outpatient clinic. We are a team of experience members who value a multi-disciplinary approach, working closely with many other healthcare professionals at BBS, as well as outside of BBS, to aid our patients in achieving the best possible outcomes. We place great value on providing a high quality of care for every patient through a comprehensive approach, including (but not limited to) pain management, physical therapy, neurosurgery, and DME. To achieve and maintain this high quality of care, we are seeking ambitious and dedicated individuals to join our clinical team. Physical & Working Conditions:
General Summary of Duties: The Lead Care Coordinator oversees the entire physician and clinical staff services to pursue a world class experience for the patient.
Reports To: Practice Operations Supervisor
Supervises: N/A
FLSA Status: Non- Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience in a medical setting required.
