Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative will support Barrow Wise's consultative sales department for the universities located in Illinois and perform the following duties:

• Lead consultative sales at one of the following Illinois universities: Chicago State Univ., Chicago; Eastern Illinois Univ, Charleston; Governors State Univ, University Park; Illinois State Univ., Normal; Northeastern Illinois Univ., Chicago; Northern Illinois Univ., DeKalb; SIU School of Medicine, Springfield; Southern Illinois Univ., Carbondale; Southern Illinois Univ., Edwardsville; University of Illinois, Urbana - Champaign; University of Illinois, Chicago; University of Illinois, Springfield; Western Illinois University, Macomb
• Provide formal consultative sessions with various stakeholders; identify key areas of need
• Demonstrate our management consulting areas such as procurement, business process re-engineering, financial management, strategy planning, etc.
• Develop pipelines, business advisory plans, and proposals
• Schedule meetings with customers and perform follow-ups with customers to close opportunities
• Demonstrate our value proposition and overcome objections
• Prepare a weekly sales report and contract utilization report

An Ideal Candidate has the following:

• US Citizenship
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a business field (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Finance)
• Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in all management consulting areas
