- Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as , tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, and power tools
- Gather and remove litter
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Past experienced as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred
- Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40 pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Willing to work in all weather elements
