**Job Description:**

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for a variety of functions that are integral to the success and flow of multiple product lines. The ideal candidate is flexible, focused, motivated, and precise. We are looking for a new team member with strong administrative skills who is excited about working and supporting a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**

* Work with installation group to optimize and select manpower for major installation, upgrade, or rebuild projects

* Coordinate visit to customer site

* Collaborate and plan shipments and deliveries to customer

* Maintain database of field service representative availability, location, time off, skills, etc.

* Receiving and processing purchase orders.

* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

* Other diverse administrative duties

**Requirements**

* Computer Literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

* Previous experience in sales administration, or similar role

* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

* Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.

* Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with Leap Frog POS a plus

**Education**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* An Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar preferred
