Job Description: BW Flexible Systems is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate who will help assist in maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. In this role, you will receive, unpack, and issue materials to stockroom, warehouse or designation locations. Having the ability to take initiative, and having keen attention to detail, you will help also make sure the environment is clean and organized. Essential job Duties and Responsibilities: Checks goods received against bill of lading, purchase orders, etc. Places materials, supplies and other received goods on shelves, racks or floor locations. Sorts, counts and checks received items, entering accurate data into the system. Maintains the required clerical records. Operates forklift, hand trucks and other equipment in the shipping and receiving areas. Prepares and packs orders for shipment. Assembles orders, checks against shipping or customer order and reports shortages and incomplete orders. Completes necessary bills of lading or air bills. Completes daily cycle count and maintains cycle count report. Stacks shipments on skids and takes shipments to shipping dock. Perform other Duties as assigned.
