Barstow Hospitality group owns two brand-new restaurants located in the Bayshore mall - Backlot Pizza and Kitchen and Buchanan's. We pride ourselves in our friendly atmosphere as well as great food and drink. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to our diverse clientele. Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Consistently maintain high-quality standards in drink preparation.

Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our drink menu, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, and special promotions.

Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Restock supplies as needed.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change to customers.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and policies related to the service of alcoholic beverages.

Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, including other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff, to provide a seamless dining experience.

Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, seeking resolutions when necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

A strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails, spirits, and beers.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional customer service and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.

All required city and state licenses preferred before start date. We can help facilitate this, at the employees expense, if necessary.

Must be at least 21 years old.
