Bartek Construction is looking to add a ConstructionController to the Office Team. Thisindividual will be responsible for the overall accounting and financialreporting for the company. TheController will work closely with the CEO and other team members to providefinancial analysis and support for decision making.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Monitor and adhere to regulatory compliance, including taxesand reporting.

Oversee financial operations including, but not limited to,AP/AR, Job Costing, Budgets and Cash Flow Management.

Prepare financial statements and all supporting schedules (BalanceSheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Work in Progress, etc.).

Review various contracts, prepare construction paymentapplications and other invoices as required by contracts.

Track costs and expenses for construction projects.

Prepare all necessary reconciliations and supportingdocumentation for exterior auditor’s files.

Prepare Sales Tax reports and 1099s.

Work with CEO and Management Team to identify risks andareas of improvement in internal processes and controls.

Requirements:

5 years in Accounting

Strong understanding of the Construction Industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay $75-90K based on experience

Full time (5 days per week in office)
