We are HIRING RIGHT NOW for 2nd Shift Machine Operators at a great company located in Aurora!
Position: Machine Operator
2nd Shift: 2:45PM -11:15PM
Pay: $20/hr.
The Machine Operator sets up and operates a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. You will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.?
Responsibilities:
- Accurately follow and interpret instructions and drawings.
- Set-up, operate and maintain equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out the manufacturing processes in a number of designated areas with a high level of accuracy and quality with minimal supervision.
- Meet production routing times on jobs for which training has been received.
- Responsible for following all safety and processes and procedures.
- Willingness to perform OT requires with little to no notice.

- Communicates with Leads and Supervisors effectively
- Ability to operate basic machinery
- Highlights Quality Issues and Safety Issues
- Skilled Machine Operator (setup, make adjustments, and operate) and/or leads a group to perform a job
- Helps to solve quality, safety and production issues
- Communicates well with all personnel
- Understands and communicates quality and workmanship standards
- Communicates well in English with all personnel
