• The position is integral to our core responsibilities owning and operating large commercial real estate assets.

• Facilitate internal communication and organize monthly financial reports from others to facilitate senior manager responsibilities.
• Interface regularly with the top real estate management, construction, accounting and design professionals nationwide to maximize the value of properties the company owns.
• Job with lots of varying activities from online banking, construction administration, accounting and working with company business partners including large financial institutions.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, a must. Must feel comfortable navigating various computer programs and our cloud work platform where all data is stored.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated. As a critical person representing ownership to third parties, must be able to work independently with strong critical thinking skills. Defining problems, getting the facts and acting on solutions to daily work situations.
• Position requires some support of CEO’s travel and other CEO investments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
