Role Description

In this full-time position, your primary responsibility is to lead and direct the sales, operations, and fitness aspects of our studios each day. While a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence is beneficial, we prioritize a candidate's willingness to learn and grow. We are committed to providing comprehensive training in sales techniques for the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a desire for professional development. Our focus is on cultivating a team that is eager to learn and dedicated to promoting the welcoming, encouraging, and celebratory culture that defines Basecamp.

• Experience in sales and driving membership growth and retention
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and trends
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for daily operations
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000, (base plus variable for performance)
