**Sales Representatives Responsibilities**
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid sales tactics to existing and prospective customers
* Customarily and regularly engages at customers' homes and away from the company's place of business.
* Drives to customers' homes on pre-scheduled, company provided appointments.
* Builds rapport with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
* Carefully examines the customer's home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
* Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
* Closes the sale with the customer.
* Follows up with the customer as needed.
* Meets or exceeds his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead.
* Attends the weekly sales meeting and other required meetings.
**Sales Representative Qualifications**
* 1 years of successful experience in the sales field preferred
* Construction experience is a plus, but not required
* Being able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house
* Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
* Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
* A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
* Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
* Ability to work Monday - Saturday (with alternating days off for two days off per week)
