**Overview:**

The Nonprofit Tutoring Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our tutoring program. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a tutoring program aimed at supporting students in need within the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

**Duties:**

Program Development:

• Design, develop, and implement tutoring programs to address the specific needs of the target demographic.
• Collaborate with educators, community leaders, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop innovative tutoring strategies.

Tutor Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise tutors.
• Develop training materials and resources to support tutors in delivering high-quality tutoring sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to tutors to ensure program effectiveness.

Student Engagement:

• Coordinate with schools, community centers, and other partners to identify students in need of tutoring services.
• Conduct assessments to determine students' academic strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized tutoring plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

Program Evaluation and Reporting:

• Develop metrics and evaluation tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of the tutoring program.
• Collect and analyze data on program outcomes, participant satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and funding organizations to demonstrate program success and inform future planning.

Community Outreach and Partnership Building:

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote the tutoring program and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to raise awareness of the tutoring program and recruit volunteers and participants.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience working in education, tutoring, or youth development programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
