Position: Basil Ford Pro Elite Parts Counter AssociateLocation: Basil Ford, 1540 Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY 14225Basil Ford Pro Elite Parts Counter Associate Compensation: Between $65,000 to $75,000 annually (Based on experience, location, store franchise and volume)Schedule: Full Time 5-day work week, Some Saturdays NeededBasil Ford Pro Elite Parts Counter Associate Job Duties and qualifications:

• Engaging promptly with customers in both a retail and service department setting, selecting required parts while providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs.
• Answering telephone calls punctually and considerately to make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
• Attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
• Provide outstanding customer service experience to drive loyalty
• Strong computer skills - parts catalogs and parts processing is performed electronically.
• Maintain a clean work area
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
