Baskin Robbins - Castro Valley is looking for experienced and enthusiastic ice cream scoopers to join our team at our Castro Valley, CA location. We are a small family business that is passionate about serving the local community. We offer a fun, casual work environment with great people who love what they do. We are looking for some happy team members who are responsible and reliable individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Scoop, stir, and mix ice cream according to recipe standards
• Work quickly in a team environment while maintaining quality
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Accept orders and payments from customers
• Help prepare and serve food, drinks, and desserts
• Cleaning duties as assigned

Experience

• Experience working in a fast paced, customer service focused is required.
• Experience in the food service industry is required.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, have strong physical strength, and lift up to 10 lbs. throughout the shift.
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO WORK AT THIS LOCATION

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
